My bird series started as a way for me to learn about birds but quickly turned into a huge appreciation for them. Each piece is based on my personal interpretation of each type of bird.
Bird Series 1
The cryptid series is a way for me to show my appreciation for the lesser known cryptids of the world. My own way of rooting for the underdog. I also worked on my skills in drawing from witness descriptions with this series. I chose to go less on what historical sketches of the creatures showed, and focused more specifically on what the eye described.
